You will design, build, and ship reliable, secure, and well-tested software solutions that families rely on daily. Working end-to-end across the stack, you will contribute to the engineering team's impact while growing your technical craft.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing software.
- Work across .NET and Python while remaining language-agnostic.
- Balance rapid delivery with long-term quality, stability, scalability, and security.
- Develop, test, and deploy using CI/CD, automation, and modern DevOps practices.
- Review and improve existing systems to align with technical standards.
- Partner with QA to plan, execute, and validate automated testing.
- Monitor performance and diagnose issues using observability tools like Datadog and Azure App Insights.
- Collaborate with the Head of Engineering, Tech Leads, Product, Design, and Analytics teams.
- Contribute to agile rituals including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Communicate openly to maintain team alignment.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement.
- Share knowledge with peers and stay updated on emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 2 to 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in .NET, Python, or Java.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to microservices architecture and API development.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog or Splunk.
- Experience with TDD and automated testing.
- Interest in building B2C or consumer-facing products.
