About the Role

We are looking for an experienced forensic technology and/or eDiscovery professional to join our National Forensic Services team. You will work with clients to provide forensic technology and/or eDiscovery services in relation to digital forensic expert engagements, investigations, cyber incident response, and litigation support. This role is integral to the growth of our forensic practice, supporting clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

Leading and delivering digital forensic services to clients or their legal representatives.
Project managing digital forensic and eDiscovery engagements, including supervising junior staff.
Managing concurrent digital forensic and eDiscovery engagements simultaneously.
Identifying, collecting, processing, and analyzing various sources of digital evidence.
Preparing high-quality, factually based digital forensic expert reports.
Working collaboratively within a national forensic team, leveraging diverse skillsets.
Contributing to the development of proposals in response to requests for services.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in forensic technology and/or eDiscovery services.
Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks to meet conflicting deadlines.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and building client trust when managing sensitive matters.
Proficiency in relevant software, particularly eDiscovery and digital forensic tools.
Desire and ability to develop skills in emerging forensic tools.
Scripting and data analytic experience is a bonus.
Digital Forensics certifications are desirable.
