About the Role
As a Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and discharge planning, focusing on quality, safety, and patient outcomes. You will collaborate with other Allied Health staff to achieve exceptional results and help patients reach their rehabilitation goals. The role involves working in both Inpatient and Day Rehab areas, with flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and discharge planning.
- Focus on quality, safety and patient outcomes.
- Work alongside other highly motivated and dedicated Allied Health staff.
- Help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Work in both the Inpatient and Day Rehab areas of service.
- Work across various other Ramsay Healthcare sites in Sydney and surrounds.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA.
- 1 year or more experience in a hospital setting.
- Ability to effectively assess, plan and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment programs.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage caseload demands.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required.
- Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practice.
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
- Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children Check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
