About the Role
An exciting casual opportunity is now available for an experienced and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our friendly Allied Health Team at Mt Wilga Private Hospital. This position will be predominately covering weekend shifts, however, weekday shifts may also become available.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse range of patients who require inpatient rehabilitation for the management of a range of orthopaedic & reconditioning conditions.
- Provide Physiotherapy treatments to Inpatients as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation program.
- Participate in developing appropriate discharge plans with the multidisciplinary team.
- Work both independently and as part of a team within a supportive environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months' relevant clinical experience in Physiotherapy.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently manage a case load.
- High standard of customer service and a team approach.
- Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence based practice.
- Flexible, positive approach to work.
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
- Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
