About the Role
Seeking skilled Career Medical Officers and ICU Career Medical Officers with a strong interest in acute surgical and medical care, as well as ICU. These roles offer outstanding exposure to a broad range of clinical specialities, supported by an exceptional nursing and allied health team. Requirements
- AHPRA Registration
- PGY3+
- Previous experience in a similar role or as a Registrar in a similar role
- Demonstrated high level of clinical competence
- Highly developed verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Suite
- Neonate experience with neopuff
- Neonate cannulation
- Applicants must be at least 4 years postgraduate with experience in critical care (ICU, Anaesthetics or ED)
- Proven clinical competence and confidence in acute ICU (ultrasound guided peripheral cannulation, arterial line insertion, central venous cannulation, endotracheal intubation)
- PGY4+
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children Check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
