About the Role
As a Senior Claims Adjuster, you will be the driving force behind complex claims resolution, working with a diverse portfolio that keeps you challenged and engaged. This role offers the opportunity to shape outcomes, spark change, and inspire others through your expertise and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a varied portfolio of general insurance claims, including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, Product Liability, Management Liability, and D&O.
- Serve as the trusted advisor for brokers, insureds, and service providers, building strong relationships.
- Deliver fast, fair, and high-quality claims outcomes.
- Mentor and empower junior claims professionals.
- Champion best practice and continuous improvement by collaborating with underwriters and other teams.
- Conduct claims analysis and reporting to provide strategic insights.
- Contribute to team meetings and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in insurance claims or law.
- Deep expertise in Financial Lines or Public Liability claims.
- Proven track record managing complex claims and delivering outstanding results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims systems.
- Commercial mindset, risk awareness, and a proactive approach to improvement.
