About the Role

This role is responsible for researching, planning, and producing holistic user experience concepts and specifications that optimize the user experience across all mediums for specific touch points of the complete solution, benefiting both the user and the business. The position involves gaining user insights to drive design direction and improve existing designs, focusing on enhancements, new experience designs, and strategic experience design.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze or design portions of user experience solutions for products and service lines based on established design principles and in accordance with design strategy, practices, and guidelines.
  • Test and gather user experience data according to established research plans and specifications; analyze, describe, and report results to design stakeholders.
  • Assess, develop, and implement portions of user experience design plans, changes, specifications, and reusable design elements for new and existing products.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal and outsourced development partners on user experience design and development.
  • Participate as a member of a project team of other user experience designers and internal and outsourced design and development partners to develop holistic, high-quality user experience solutions for low to moderately-complex projects, products, and services.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of UX design experience.
  • Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Understanding and experience in implementing and creating research and data collection plans for user experience testing and acceptance.
  • Ability to effectively communicate user experience data, design proposals and product specifications and negotiate options.

Skills

  • Design principles, theories, and concepts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Mastery in English and local language

Salary/Compensations

  • USD 92,700 - 187,500 in California
  • USD 81,500 - 187,500 in Arizona & Utah & Washington
