About the Role

We are seeking a junior to mid-level video Producer to join our creative agency. You will manage commercial client relationships and oversee productions of varying scope and scale, ensuring high-quality storytelling and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

• Track and coordinate production activities, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and sales teams to achieve project outcomes.
• Oversee pre-production, shoot, and post-production workflows.
• Manage filming processes, including communication between crew and stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage production documentation such as call sheets and shooting schedules.
• Formulate and conduct interviews with clients and presenters.
• Direct specific content and shots.
• Supervise editing, sound design, color grading, and overall storytelling.
• Collaborate with internal digital, partnerships, and design teams.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in media production.
• Proven experience working as a producer in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Highly organized with superior communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
• Experience in Architecture, Design, or documentary industries is preferred.
