About the Role

Proactively monitors teams in customer advocacy and customer-centric approaches throughout the product lifecycle. Sets guidelines on the resolution development process for customer issues. Oversees and coordinates delivery for the field team and directs go-to-market efforts.

  • Direct various go-to-market efforts, such as recruiting and supporting early adopters to validate and refine product solutions, developing user documentation, and product demonstrations.
