About the Role
This role supports the National Partnerships teams in ANZ by participating in creative concepting, pitching, and implementation of partner programs. Responsibilities include managing partnership assets, sales decks, pitch lists, reporting, database management, prize sourcing, and coordinating premiums and costume characters for priority titles.
Responsibilities
- Localize head office partnership strategy and participate in creative concepting brainstorms.
- Create pitch documents for partnership proposals and actively participate in pitching to partners.
- Localize sales presenters to create generic pitch decks for partner agency outreach.
- Maintain regular updates on pitch lists and report updates across the marketing team.
- Facilitate creative approvals between head office and brand partners.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional activity with strategic brand partners.
- Pro-actively maintain a database of brand contacts.
- General support and participation in major campaigns and events.
- Create and distribute promotional post-campaign reports.
- Research potential partners for film-specific promotions, including competitor activity and media monitoring.
- Source leads and gather market intelligence to refine pitches.
- Collaborate with Media leads to ensure maximum social media support.
- Brief prizing agency on major prizing requirements and coordinate fulfillment.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with media owners to negotiate promotional media assets.
- Work on major sponsorship opportunities for premieres, including proposal creation and implementation.
- Lead local partnerships strategy and brainstorms, as required.
- Lead all communication with Head Office on global and local partnership updates and oversee reporting.
- Support Head of Partnerships in leading the ANZ partnerships team.
- Work with Warner business divisions to unlock co-op advertising opportunities.
- Work with external affiliate partners to unlock digital/social promotional opportunities.
- Negotiate contra of product with book publishers, music distributors, and licensees.
- Identify and develop cross-promotion extensions for brand partners in the exhibition environment.
- Bring brand contra, competitions, opportunities, and media-worthy promotions to Exhibition Executives.
- Participate in marketing group brainstorming to contribute ideas on campaigns and titles.
- Coordinate promotional activity, including managing creative approvals, administration, monitoring, prize fulfillment, and post-campaign analysis.
- Work with the National Publicist and Partnerships Manager on Costume Character tours.
Requirements
- Proven and successful background in relevant partnerships management.
- Demonstrated understanding of consumer partnerships, licensing, and the theatrical landscape.
- Superior relationship building skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
