Responsibilities
- Ensuring the proper technical and infrastructural condition of our properties
- Carrying out small repairs and manual work
- Assisting in the coordination of external companies and monitoring external service providers
- Checking technical systems, including adherence to maintenance intervals (e.g., elevators)
- On-site contact person for our tenants and service providers
- Conducting apartment handovers and acceptances in close cooperation with our property management
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in trade or very good technical understanding
- Proficient use of smartphone and tablet
- Friendly, confident demeanor and enjoyment of interacting with tenants and business partners
- Independent, responsible work style
- Class B driver's license is an advantage

Salary/Compensations
- 35,000 EUR to 36,000 EUR gross annual salary
