About the Role
Provide administrative and operational support to the Claims team throughout the Hunter Transmission Project Delivery Phase. Support the efficient handling, tracking, and organisation of documentation and processes related to claims, variations, and adjustment events. Work closely with Claims Managers and Analysts to maintain accurate records, support workflow compliance, and assist with reporting and documentation activities across the Commercial function.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to support multiple stakeholders.
