About the Role
This role involves supporting the creation and review of operating cost statements, managing and analyzing billing-relevant data, and assisting with tenant inquiries and objections related to operating costs. You will also support communication with service providers and internal departments, and handle general administrative tasks within the operating costs department.

- Good PC skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Work diligently, reliably, and enjoy supporting the team in daily business.
