About the Role
This role focuses on translating FP&A reporting into scalable, data warehouse-driven dashboards to support executive and management reporting. You will be the finance owner of dashboard design and metrics, ensuring consistency and partnering with Technology to establish the data warehouse as the single source of truth for financial and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own the translation of FP&A reporting into scalable, data warehouse-driven dashboards, supporting Board, executive and management reporting
- Act as the finance owner of dashboard design and metrics, ensuring consistency across KPIs, definitions and reporting logic
- Partner with FP&A and Technology to embed the data warehouse as the single source of truth for financial and performance reporting
- Enhance reporting from static outputs to interactive, insight-led dashboards, improving visibility and decision-making
- Support analysis of actuals, forecasts and plans by embedding scenarios, sensitivities and key drivers into reporting outputs
- Enable performance tracking across key metrics including growth, pricing, productivity, margin, cash and debt
- Ensure data integrity, governance and consistency across reporting and analytics platforms
- Contribute to improving performance visibility through automation, new metrics and enhanced visualisation
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering data-driven finance solutions, translating business and financial requirements into reporting, dashboards and system outputs
- Strong ability to partner across Finance and Technology, acting as a bridge between business requirements and data/system solutions
- Advanced capability in financial data, modelling and analytics, including data flows, data warehouses and BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Confident communicator who can translate complex data into clear, intuitive insights for senior stakeholders
