About the Role
The Services Marketing Director leads, develops, and executes a strategic marketing plan for the Americas Services business, focusing on Asset Services, Project & Development Services, and Valuation & Advisory. This role collaborates with the Global Marketing & Research organization to create a robust marketing strategy that connects with clients and prospects, drives revenue, and increases brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Strategize, develop, execute, and measure results of an overall strategic marketing plan and individual marketing campaigns.
- Partner with business leadership to understand objectives and align the marketing plan, providing subject matter expertise to drive profitable revenue growth.
- Utilize local competitive, client, and market insights to inform business strategies and optimize marketing spend.
- Develop both proactive strategic and reactive tactical marketing postures with business leadership.
- Partner with Marketing & Research’s Centers of Excellence (digital, communications, creative, research) to develop comprehensive content plans.
- Partner with other service line marcom leaders to share best practices, insights, and competitive intelligence, and coordinate talent management.
- Serve as a thought leader by understanding the business, key trends, client needs, competitive analysis, and market opportunities.
- Optimize marketing spend impact and ensure achievement of financial targets using key performance indicators.
- Provide oversight and direction for marcom activities, ensuring global standards and brand positioning are supported.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Commercial Real Estate experience preferred.
- Experience supporting a professional services company required.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Budget development experience with a track record of consistent adherence to budget and timelines.
- Digital Marketing experience.
- Experience serving as the primary marketing leader for an office or revenue group.
- Experience supporting advertising, PR, events, and business development activities in compliance with corporate guidelines.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to interface with and communicate with clients.
