About the Role

The Off-Premise Key Account Manager will focus on strengthening and optimizing the distribution and supply of Red Bull Energy Drink across convenience stores, supermarkets, vending machine operators, drug stores, e-commerce, and wholesalers nationwide, aiming to expand sales. This role, based in the Nagoya office, will drive business for accounts in the Tokyo area, including supermarkets, drug stores, vending machines, and wholesalers. Responsibilities include planning sales strategies, proposing promotions, managing the entire process from product distribution and store rollout to KPI management and improvement execution.

Responsibilities

Drive and execute sales plans.
Develop customer plans considering distribution and investment efficiency.
Achieve KPI targets.
Manage the PDCA cycle for product distribution, sales volume, budget, refrigerator and promotional item placement, and in-store rollout.
Establish in-store branding.
Implement in-store rollout according to global guidelines.
Develop and propose POP materials.
Secure visibility space.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers, buyers, and other stakeholders.
Analyze customer performance, growth rates, and profitability.
Analyze sales promotion and visibility effectiveness.
Understand customer performance based on sales volume.
Create external and internal reports.

Requirements

University degree (preferably in Business Administration or Marketing).
Valid driver's license.
Over 3 years of B2B sales experience.
Experience in account management or headquarter sales with wholesalers, supermarkets, or drug stores within the FMCG industry is a plus.
Willingness to improve English language skills (business-level English is welcome).
