About the Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Parloa, you will be an architect of how Global 2000 companies rethink their entire customer experience infrastructure, defining the new standard for human-AI interaction in the enterprise. You will play a crucial role in developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, launching marketing initiatives, empowering sales efforts, creating thought leadership, digging into market data, and establishing a thorough understanding of customers and competition.

Responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies and launch marketing initiatives.
  • Empower sales efforts and create thought leadership content.
  • Conduct market research to understand customers and competition.
  • Communicate with confidence and authority across departments and time zones.
  • Co-lead the evolution of market positioning beyond features and benefits.
  • Define how the Global 2000 perceives the shift to agentic CX for service, sales, and marketing.
  • Lead industry product marketing efforts to support commercial teams in closing large deals.
  • Define Parloa’s overall market narrative for key industries.
  • Own the evolution of industry Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Architect value frameworks and ROI narratives aligned to industry use cases.
  • Develop compelling content for industry-focused sales initiatives and joint marketing with partners.
  • Serve as the expert for enablement sessions.
  • Guide communication efforts across multiple audiences and channels.
  • Drive ecosystem’s industry-focused go-to-market strategies.
  • Empower sales & partnership teams with sophisticated use cases and proof points.
  • Amplify thought leadership on AI agents, AI agent platforms, and relevant industries.
  • Source ideas, translate technical concepts into buyer language, and create/collaborate on content.
  • Speak on webinars and at events.
  • Lead strategic "big bet" industry initiatives and high-stakes cross-functional projects.
  • Manage key deal cycles, industry-defining research, strategic partner engagements, or executive event participation.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Product Marketing roles, or 8 years of experience working alongside a PMM team in related roles (partner marketing, industry marketing, sales enablement, B2B direct marketing, etc.).
  • Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales teams with storylines, collateral, enablement, and deal support.
  • Ability to capture an audience's attention in presentations, webinars, and training sessions.
  • Ambidexterity for both strategy and tactics, with experience crafting strategic narratives and creating sales collateral.
  • Accountable for outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Think in solutions, communicate with clarity, and follow through.
  • Comfortable making decisions, taking responsibility, and raising the standard for oneself and others.
  • Uphold the highest data protection standards for client and employee data.
  • Ensure utmost care, GDPR, and ISO compliance (including ISO 27001) in handling sensitive information.
