About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero seeks a Temporary Turndown Attendant for a 3-month assignment with potential extension. This role is an opportunity to join a leading luxury hotel company and contribute to creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Service a set number of occupied rooms during a shift.
• Remove used towels and replace them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
• Wipe down wet surfaces in the bathroom.
• Fold clothing left in the room and place it appropriately.
• Remove Room Service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings.
• Close drapes, reduce lighting, play soft music, and prepare the bed.
• Restock amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens.
• Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests.
• Perform full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of housekeeping experience, luxury hotel preferred.
• Must be able to cope with stress and work in a high-volume operation.
• Must be able to prioritize and multi-task.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
