Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers and minimizing wait times.
- Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures, including compliance and risk management protocols.
- Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
- Educate customers on self-service options using digital tools.
- Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support nearby branch locations based on business necessity.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 6+ months of cash handling experience required.
- 6+ months of demonstrated customer service experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to identify and escalate concerns of risk to appropriate channels.
- Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
- Effective listening and communication skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
- Energetic, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency and basic math skills.
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
