About the Role

Reddit is seeking an experienced seller for the Global Strategic Accounts team to manage significant global advertising partners. This role involves leading joint business planning, global strategy, and cross-regional execution to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and deepen multi-market relationships with C-suite executives and Global Agency Leads.
• Design and execute global joint business plans aligned with partner business pillars.
• Provide proactive consulting on macro-industry trends and global consumer behavior.
• Identify international growth opportunities and position Reddit within global media mixes.
• Manage global-to-local strategy execution across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Oversee end-to-end presentation of global strategies to ensure a unified partner voice.
• Lead communication for platform updates, crisis management, and international product rollouts.
• Synthesize multi-market feedback to shape the global product roadmap.
• Represent Reddit as a thought leader at international industry forums and partner summits.
• Drive cross-functional synergy with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to unlock beta opportunities.
• Mentor the sales team to elevate strategic rigor in global account management.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in digital media.
• 7+ years of experience in sales.
• Expertise in orchestrating global partnerships for Fortune 500/Global 2000 organizations.
• Proven ability to lead matrixed internal teams across regional sales, product, and engineering.
• Experience leading high-impact global initiatives and product steering committees.
• Proven experience managing relationships with C-level executives.
• Deep industry expertise in specific verticals, product types, or measurement solutions.
• Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising.
• Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies.
• Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets.
