About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Pickleball Coaches for our Summer Camp and After School Programs. You will teach beginner-friendly Pickleball/Tennis sessions to elementary school students (Grades K–5) in a fun, active, and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Teach Pickleball classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
- Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
- Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
- Take attendance, manage student sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
- Capture class photos for documentation.
Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years old.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have valid work permit to work in USA.
- Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work.
- Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.
- Applicants must already be eligible to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not provided).
Skills
- Teaching or playing experience in Pickleball is preferred but not mandatory.
- USPTA/PTR certification is a plus.
- Enjoy working with kids; patient, enthusiastic, and reliable.
- Good communication and class management skills.
