Responsibilities
- Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch.
- Leverage sales methodologies to uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain clients, and grow the insurance portfolio.
- Overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales while maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations.
- Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Quote, bind, and issue policies in accordance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in local branch and community events to prospect and expand referral networks.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency across insurance, membership, and financial products.
- Identify and execute cross-sell and referral opportunities into Travel and Financial Services.
Requirements
- Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license or ability to obtain before hire.
- Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 60 days of hire.
- Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and close sales opportunities.
- Apply consultative selling techniques supported by deep product knowledge.
- Proven prospecting and business-development skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-driven with clear ambition, motivation, and accountability.
- Proficient in leveraging technology for sales execution, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong listening and discovery skills.
- Must consent to a background and drug screen.

- $31,200 Base Pay + unlimited commissions
- Average annual earnings range: $57,000–$87,000+
- Supplemental ramp-up pay for the first six months
- Elevated incentive payout structure during the first 15 months
- $2,500 Signing Bonus for new hires
