About the Role
Support the Store Management team to deliver retail excellence, drive strong sales results, and create engaging customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions and concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Problem solve effectively and proactively using available resources.
- Support visual merchandising, inventory management, store cleanliness, and other store operations.
- Communicate effectively and act as a flexible and responsible role model.
- Develop customer loyalty by leveraging knowledge of products, the beauty market, and trends.
- Shape a customer-focused store experience by coaching Customer Consultants to drive customer engagement.
- Meet sales and performance targets.
- Support training and onboarding of new Customer Consultants.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Genuine passion for the retail beauty industry.
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide appropriate solutions.
- A positive mindset with the willingness to continuously develop yourself and your teammates.
- Ability to proactively manage time, multi-task, while working independently with minimal direction.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift and move products up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent reaching, bending, crouching as required.
