About the Role

Channel Factory provides intelligent marketing solutions for brands and agencies, helping them implement, automate, and scale marketing programs across YouTube and emerging channels. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate product value to prospective clients and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Lead existing relationships, drive incremental growth, and build client trust.
  • Own the RFP process for existing and incremental business in collaboration with Strategy and Marketing teams.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and service delivery metrics to develop strategic recommendations.
  • Lead account business reviews and goal-setting sessions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement plans and achieve goals.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign and client success.
  • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of video or programmatic outbound sales experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP, Agency Trading Desk, or similar online advertising roles.
  • Established record of exceeding revenue expectations.
  • Existing relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, brand directs, and technology decision-makers.
  • Strong quantitative and negotiation skills.
  • Proven self-starter capable of tackling new clients or territories.
  • Agile learner with the ability to quickly grasp new technology and product updates.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and comfort presenting to clients.
  • Ability to travel nationwide for client meetings, conferences, seminars, and industry events.
  • Experience managing long and short sales cycles with multiple partners to diversify business portfolio.
  • Ability to work onsite in a hybrid setting.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, internal collaboration, trainings, conferences, and industry events.
