About the Role

Musketeer is the origin team that has created Red Bull's history and symbolizes the Red Bull On-Premise philosophy. On-Premise is the main entry point where consumers first discover and pick up Red Bull. Musketeers aim to expand share and sales within the On-Premise scene, including bars, restaurants, nightclubs, events, entertainment, hospitality, and amusement.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with business partners and stakeholders to convey On-Premise know-how and Red Bull culture.
• Increase affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and products within the network.
• Be perceived as a trusted and capable individual within the On-Premise scene.
• Pursue and deliver the image of a premium brand.
• Be thoroughly familiar with the assigned territory (Tokyo area).
• Expand the territory based on strategy.
• Master trends in the On-Premise scene.
• Understand competitor trends and initiatives.
• Manage promotional materials and budget.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Provide added value to customers.

Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of corporate sales experience (experience in FMCG, food/beverage industry, or wholesale is a plus).
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of On-Premise (commercial use) is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Kanto region, centered around Tokyo.
• Sensitive to street culture, nightlife, and current trends, with a network of contacts.
