About the Role
This role supports Applied Intuition's business development in the construction domain, requiring cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams. It is a strategic and operational position with both internal and external facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers identified by other Applied Intuition teams or organically.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand requirements and potential solutions.
- Host customer workshops and organize tailored demonstrations of Applied Intuition's solutions.
- Develop final customer solutions with Product and Engineering teams for existing products, or support the creation of new products.
- Iterate with customers on technical scope and business models, and guide proposals through customer approvals.
- Plan revenue strategy and outlook for solutions in construction and adjacent domains.
Requirements
- Previous business development or sales experience at an OEM, Dealer, or Supplier focused on construction and mining.
- Proven ability to work across stakeholders to execute complex projects.
- Strong interest and capability to work with customers and drive customer engagements.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with experience running multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English.
