About the Role
As a Direct Consultant for Insurance in the Banking Distribution, you will provide telephone and virtual advice to customers, enabling immediate insurance needs fulfillment. You will be part of a virtual team across Germany, based out of the Berlin Customer and Branch Directorate.
Responsibilities
- Find suitable insurance solutions for private customers of Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken.
- Identify customer needs and guide them towards greater security.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and acquire new customers.
- Refer customers to on-site colleagues for in-person consultations.
Requirements
- Training in the insurance industry, e.g., insurance specialist, insurance clerk (m/f/d), or comparable qualification.
- Ideally, experience in the sales of personal and property insurance.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a pronounced customer orientation.
