About the Role

This dynamic and collaborative role blends creative execution and local market knowledge with consumer product development. You will shape consumer product experiences for iconic IPs, delivering innovative, brand-aligned creative across product development and point-of-sale materials while maintaining high design standards.

Responsibilities

  • Execute licensed product design across key consumer categories and experiential activations.
  • Develop product mock-ups, one sheets, line sheets, and pitch decks for commercial sell-in.
  • Create retail visualizations and marketing mock-ups to demonstrate brand representation.
  • Translate global creative direction into commercially viable local executions.
  • Manage the end-to-end approvals process to deliver brand-appropriate products.
  • Ensure all submissions adhere to brand guidelines and required processes.
  • Liaise with licensors to obtain solution-oriented feedback.
  • Track and manage approvals to mitigate project delays.
  • Deliver bi-weekly updates and reports on licensee developments and asset status.
  • Onboard and train licensees and vendors on brand engagement and best practices.
  • Partner with local commercial teams to support retail and marketing initiatives.
  • Act as a primary contact for licensees and vendors for communication and timeline management.
  • Manage multiple projects using software such as MyMediaBox and Monday.com.
  • Support cross-category launches requiring coordinated asset usage.
  • Provide structured reporting on submission status and project risks.

Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of product development and approval processes.
  • Experience in creatively driving range development.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing Korean.
  • Proficiency in English with effective communication skills in both languages.
  • Understanding of consumer product categories, specifically promotions and production limitations.
  • Knowledge of the Korean market, including retailers and brand licensing activations.
  • Ability to communicate design changes clearly while managing stakeholders.
  • Wider knowledge of the licensing industry and product/design trends.
  • Proactive, solution-driven mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail.
