About the Role

Our Student Marketeers are the face of the Red Bull brand and product ambassadors on and off campus. This role involves approaching consumers to drive product trial and awareness, establishing Red Bull consumption in different moments of need, supporting sales teams with drives and merchandising, and ensuring unforgettable consumer experiences at Red Bull events. Student Marketeers provide valuable ground-level insights into consumer perception to inform future business strategies.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers.
Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through sampling consumers.
Bring the brand to life amongst students.
Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull is available and visible on and around campus.
Collaborate with sales teams to open new distribution points for Red Bull.
Leverage relevant assets from the world of Red Bull to keep the brand top of mind with everyday consumers.
Show love for the details to deliver executional excellence.
Share ideas and collaborate with the team both face-to-face and online.
Plan activities, report in a timely manner, and provide local insights, trends, and opportunities to the wider Red Bull business.

Requirements

Naturally organised, high attention to detail, and comfortable working alone and in a team.
A valid and full driver’s license is required.
Proficient in written and verbal English.
Qualified to work in Australia.
