About the Role

Musketeer is the original team that created Red Bull's history and symbolizes the Red Bull On-Premise philosophy. On-Premise is the main entry point where consumers first discover and pick up Red Bull. Musketeers aim to expand share and sales within the on-premise scene, including bars, restaurants, nightclubs, events, entertainment, hospitality, and amusement. We ensure Red Bull is readily available when consumers want to have a good time with friends, family, colleagues, or even alone, by expanding distribution and delivery. We promptly identify business opportunities and trends in our assigned territories. We provide added value through consultative sales, not just selling Red Bull cans, but by understanding store challenges and maximizing sales. Building networks with key industry stakeholders is also an important role.

Responsibilities

Communicate on-premise know-how and Red Bull culture through building and strengthening relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
Increase affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and products within the network.
Be perceived as a trusted and capable individual within the on-premise scene.
Pursue and deliver the image of a premium brand.
Be thoroughly familiar with the territory.
Expand the area based on strategy.
Master trends in the on-premise scene.
Understand competitor movements and initiatives.
Manage promotional materials and budget.
Build partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
Build and strengthen long-term relationships.
Provide added value to customers.

Requirements

Approximately 2 years or more of corporate sales experience (experience in FMCG, food/beverage industry, or wholesale is preferred).
Knowledge of on-premise (business use) is a plus.
Familiarity with the assigned territory.
Sensitive to street, nightlife, and the latest scenes, with a network of contacts.
