About the Role

As a Strategy & Operations Intern, you will work directly with the founding team on critical strategic and operational topics. This hands-on role involves executing across human resources, growth, partnerships, and operations, providing a front-row seat to building and scaling a fast-growing open-source startup.

Responsibilities

  • Support the founders with strategic projects across growth, product, operations, and fundraising.
  • Analyze data and create reports to inform key business and product decisions.
  • Prepare presentations, memos, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Research markets, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and risks.
  • Help coordinate and execute cross-team initiatives, ensuring alignment between Product, Growth, and Engineering.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc projects, from testing new go-to-market ideas to improving internal processes.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Based in Berlin (or able to relocate) and available to work full-time for at least 4 months.
  • Highly structured, organized, and able to manage multiple topics in parallel.
  • Enjoy working with data, building models, and turning insights into action.
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in startups, consulting, VC, or strategy (preferred).
  • Interest in open-source software, developer tools, or SaaS (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of tech products, APIs, or cloud infrastructure (preferred).
  • Experience with tools like Notion, Excel/Sheets, SQL, or Python for analysis (preferred).
