About the Role
Collaborate with the Principal Investigator to spearhead the development, implementation, and evaluation of activities for a funded research project aimed at preventing and responding to institutional child abuse.
Responsibilities
- Forge and maintain partnerships with community organizations, act as the project liaison, and coordinate outreach efforts.
- Oversee interns, field education students, and student employees, including recruitment, training, and supervision.
- Provide clinical supervision to trauma-informed care providers and oversee the training of new practitioners in CRM, Havening Techniques, and expressive arts.
- Facilitate research efforts, ensuring ethical compliance, effective study design, and data analysis.
- Participate in project planning, contribute to strategic discussions, assist in report and grant writing, data collection, and data analysis.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Requirements
- Must have a master's degree in any field of study.
- Must be a licensed or pre-licensed mental health professional with significant experience in trauma-informed care.
- Licensure does not need to be in the state of Florida.
- Licensure may be waived under limited circumstances.
