About the Role
The Integrated Marketing Strategist builds world-class pitches to support the global sponsorships sales team, playing a key role in the day-to-day strategic and pitch needs across a large portfolio of opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop impactful pitch decks and proposals leveraging data, strategy, creative ideation and available assets
- Work cross-functionally across strategy, activation and sales teams to manage the pre-sales process from initial pitch to revisions through to sale
- Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of Cirque du Soleil IP, residency and touring shows, artist network/talent and all offerings provided to brand partners
- Research categories and brand-specific activities, presenting briefs, strategic insights and relevant considerations that will impact sales activity
- Stay on top of the latest trends to think outside the box on new programs and offerings that deliver value to brands and revenue for Cirque
- Deliver consistent, premium results and ensure consistency across all departmental materials and messaging
- Present and sell-through custom programs and ideas, both internally to sales and leadership, and externally to clients of all levels.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in integrated marketing or brand management in an agency setting
- Excellent verbal, creative/copy writing and presentation development expertise
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and able to balance multiple priorities
- Strategic, creative thinker with the ability to translate partner needs into “sellable” ideas that generate revenue
- Must be a self-starter and a strong problem solver
- Strong capabilities across Apple and Microsoft applications (Keynote, PPT, Excel, Word)
