About the Role
The Reception Associate will assist in greeting and welcoming customers, provide excellent customer service, and support Sales Department operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers, providing excellent customer service.
- Support Sales Department operations.
- Answer phones and transfer calls.
- Receive and receipt debt and credit card transactions.
- Perform basic administrative tasks for the sales department.
- Cash out service clients after hours.
- Direct clients around the store.

- Well-organized with time management skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization.
