About the Role
As a Senior Revenue Operations Associate, you will support Dashlane's revenue generation efforts by assisting Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance. Your responsibilities include analyzing data, optimizing processes, and driving strategic decisions to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and improve customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional revenue and retention programs, managing project lifecycles from planning to delivery while proactively resolving roadblocks to hit GTM milestones.
- Define, develop, and deploy insightful dashboards and scorecards to analyze marketing, sales, and customer data, uncovering trends and best practices that drive revenue generation, expansion and retention efforts.
- Partner with GTM teams to design, document, and automate workflows (e.g., prospecting and expansion) to increase conversion rates and ensure team-wide adherence.
- Influence key workstreams including lead routing, territory management, and revenue building initiatives, focusing on introducing long-term efficiencies and data-driven problem solving.
- Measure the effectiveness of GTM initiatives and campaigns, providing empirical, evidence-based recommendations to improve ROI and acquisition metrics.
- Support Sales and Finance with accurate revenue forecasting and budgeting by establishing robust data structures and ensuring high QA standards in the CRM.
Requirements
- 4+ years in GTM / Revenue / Sales Operations Associate / Analyst or similar role.
- 2+ years as a CRM administrator, preferably Salesforce.
- Proven track record of operational or administrative experience working with at least two of the following modern GTM tools: Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proven experience designing and managing GTM workflows, including data QA/QC and reporting within a Salesforce ecosystem.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) with the ability to leverage data to solve complex problems.
- Strong organizational skills with a systematic approach to managing project lifecycles and cross-functional communication.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment or a sales/customer-facing role.
