About the Role
As a Graphic Designer for the Tendem project, you will focus on creating layouts, infographics, social media templates, and ensuring overall visual polish. You will collaborate with AI agents on data scraping workflows, applying critical thinking and domain expertise to transform raw concepts into professional assets.
Responsibilities
- Create clean layouts, modern infographics, and establish clear visual hierarchy for engaging content.
- Design reusable templates for social media channels and impactful one-pagers.
- Elevate materials using advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition.
- Transform raw data and concepts into professional visual assets for marketing and communication.
- Enforce design quality standards by verifying visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency.
Requirements

- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable.
- Exceptional grasp of typography, precise grid systems, and visual composition.
- Proven ability to structure information cleanly through modern infographics and social media templates.
- Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Ability to design impactful one-pagers and engaging digital templates.
- Upper-intermediate (B2) or above English proficiency.
- Adaptable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong dedication to delivering visually polished, professional-grade assets.
- Self-directed work ethic with the ability to manage diverse visual tasks simultaneously.
