Responsibilities

• Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries with an organized and service-oriented approach.
• Tailor offers based on available products and fleet to meet customer needs.
• Manage bookings and customer data via tech platforms with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Champion SIXT Australia’s values, service standards, compliance, and operating protocols.

Requirements

• Must have a current provisional or full driver's license.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster between 6 am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including holidays.
