About the Role
As a permanently employed customer advisor (m/f/d) in the banking sector at R+V, you will be part of a strong network of cooperative banks and R+V. You will advise existing customers of partner banks on insurance and retirement planning, work closely with banking teams and R+V colleagues, and be present in various bank branches in your region.
Responsibilities
- Experience onboarding through a proven qualification program to become an IHK-certified specialist in insurance brokerage (m/f/d).
- Identify customer needs in insurance and retirement planning, provide comprehensive advice, and develop suitable solutions.
- Manage the existing customer base of partner banks, prepare and follow up on consultations, and successfully implement sales.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for customers.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training.
- Sales experience and strong customer orientation.
- Good communication skills and confident demeanor.
- Structured working style and good self-organization.
- Valid driver's license Class B and a vehicle.
