About the Role

This role involves co-managing a dynamic team of Educators, developing and facilitating child-centered programs, fostering relationships with stakeholders, leading the onsite team, and managing daily operations including compliance and administration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
  • Lead a team of onsite Educators, including roster management
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Requirements

  • Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact
  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
  • Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
  • Has Australian work rights
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
  • Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
