About the Role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Regional Delivery Leader to architect the annual Value Stream Operational Plan, defining project launches, extensions, renewals, and workforce strategies.
- Translate strategic vision into actionable delivery objectives for Project Managers, ensuring alignment between Project Management Plans and organizational goals.
- Lead annual project budgeting initiatives and establish robust forecasting processes.
- Build and nurture strategic client relationships through proactive business reviews and performance partnerships.
- Champion client satisfaction by monitoring key performance indicators and implementing innovative solutions.
- Serve as the trusted advisor for escalations, turning challenges into opportunities for deeper client engagement.
- Work collaboratively with Sales to identify growth opportunities, address client concerns, and maximize renewal potential.
- Drive operational performance by empowering Project Managers to execute Project Management Plans with precision and accountability.
- Identify and deploy strategic mitigation actions that transform obstacles into competitive advantages.
- Establish scalable escalation frameworks for rapid problem-solving and risk management.
- Leverage advanced business analytics to gain actionable insights into operational KPIs and service quality.
- Partner with Global Lean and Regional Delivery Leaders to design and implement transformative Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Champion a culture of excellence by systematically tracking improvement implementation and celebrating wins.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive operational excellence frameworks, including policies, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Mentor Project Managers in developing their teams, fostering a culture where talent thrives.
- Conduct meaningful Performance Development Dialogues with direct reports, creating personalized development pathways.
- Ensure all team members have robust People Development Plans that drive engagement, retention, and high performance.
- Model continuous learning and inspire your team to embrace growth opportunities.
- Provide strategic technical expertise to the Sales team, shaping competitive proposals through insightful requirements analysis, scope definition, and innovative pricing models.
- Lead project extensions and renewals with commercial acumen, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration to maximize client lifetime value.
- Ensure timely and compliant approvals in accordance with the Company's Delegation of Authority Policy.
- Partner with the Global Audit & Assurance team to uphold rigorous standards and maintain ISO9001/TISAX certifications.
- Support internal audit activities and proactively manage certification maintenance and renewal processes.
- Foster a compliance-first culture within assigned Delivery teams, ensuring adherence to all applicable Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management or delivery management, specifically in repair or automotive industries.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with P&L (budget/forecasting) responsibility.
- Experience in leading and developing cross-functional teams and managing direct reports via performance dialogues.
Skills
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage client escalations effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Focus on data-driven operational excellence.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience with SOP development.
- Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO9001) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of industry-specific certifications (e.g., TISAX) is highly preferred.
- Business level proficiency in English.
- Business level proficiency in Japanese.
- Proficiency in Business Analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Proficiency in Project Management software.
