About the Role
Join our program supporting Airbnb’s Luxe offering by conducting in-person home assessments, documenting property conditions, and providing detailed evaluation reports to uphold exceptional quality and hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person onsite home consultations and property evaluations
- Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions
- Complete structured assessment reports based on independent expert evaluation using provided guidelines and templates
- Maintain professional and responsive communication with Hosts
- Coordinate scheduling and availability via MediaBox and email
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports following each consultation
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned locations
- Own a phone or tablet for completing reports and uploading photos
- Tech-comfortable and able to complete reports via a stable internet connection
- Located within 1 hour driving distance of the job post location

- Candidates should propose their rate for reviewing and submitting a report for a 1-bedroom home.
- Average base rates for a 1-bedroom property: $60 - $75
- Additional $5 USD for each additional bedroom, up to 8 bedrooms total.
- Travel compensation ranges from $5 - $92 depending on zone and proximity.
