About the Role

Coordinate content for CRM channels, ensuring accurate setup in automation tools. Manage copy and content quality through writing, translation, validation, and review of content adaptations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate content for CRM channels (Email, Push, SMS, Whatsapp) and local social channels and marketplaces.
  • Setup content in Marketing automation tool for locally planned CRM communication.
  • Coordinate copy for marketing content, including writing, ordering tactical copy, and ordering translation.
  • Validate copy translation cross-channel.
  • Approve and review content adaptations across channels.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Highly structured with the ability to manage many parallel tasks.
  • Proficiency in creative and office software tools.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in content management, copy editing, and proofreading (preferably within fashion industry).
  • Experience managing content for media platforms.

Skills

  • Strong linguistic skills
  • Fluent in English and at least one local language (two local languages preferred in multi-language markets).
