About the Role

The Assistant Coordinator role is designed for individuals ready to develop their leadership skills. You will gain hands-on leadership experience with support from experienced regional managers and a dedicated state office team, making a genuine impact in your local school community.

Responsibilities

  • Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite
  • Build confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration
  • Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community
  • Develop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities

Requirements

  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
  • State working-with-children check
  • Australian working rights
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
  • Studying towards a relevant qualification as per ACECQA

  • Kellyville Ridge

Work Type

  • Permanent
  • Part-time
  • 30 hours per week
  • Split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm
