About the Role
As an OSHC Casual Educator, you will work primarily at Frenchs Forest Primary OSHCare, building ongoing relationships with families, children, your team, and the wider school community. You may also support nearby services across the region when additional support is needed. This role offers flexible work that fits around university timetables and placements, the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with primary school-aged children, and develop leadership, communication, and behaviour management skills.
Responsibilities
- Work regular shifts Monday through Friday.
- Provide support to nearby services across the region when additional support is needed.
- Build ongoing relationships with families, children, your team, and the wider school community.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!).
- State working-with-children check.
- Australian working rights.
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
