About the Role

Join our growing Quote Management team to structure contract details for ERP software solutions. This role offers an opportunity to develop expertise in quote configuration and solution structuring while collaborating with sales teams and customers across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Configure and structure quotes in Salesforce CPQ
• Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer needs while ensuring alignment with internal policies and system capabilities
• Translate sales and marketing requests into viable quote structures
• Provide consultative guidance on CPQ system capabilities and present alternative solutions
• Configure specialized quote elements such as payment ramping, complex discounts, and custom billing schedules
• Work with data quality and IT teams to optimize contract structure and improve quoting experiences
• Shepherd quotes through internal teams from initial request to order review
• Handle sales inquiries and provide clarifications regarding quotes
• Contribute ideas to improve the quoting process

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in quoting, pricing, sales support, or a related role
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills
• Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn about pricing and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset
• Basic understanding of business concepts like discounting and contract terms
• Positive, collaborative attitude
• Strong customer service mindset
