About the Role

Responsible for the efficient operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for the assigned facility, ensuring maximum life and reliability. This role may involve supervising maintenance staff and acting as the sole engineer on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with or conduct the daily operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance duties, including filter changes, lubrication, and inspections.
  • Recommend improvements to the preventive maintenance program.
  • Develop and maintain effective building-specific maintenance procedures.
  • Coordinate maintenance efforts with outside contractors and technicians.
  • Maintain stock and inventory control.
  • Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns.
  • Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and company directives.
  • Inform the management team of current building operations through monthly reports.
  • Complete all required C&W Safety Training annually.
  • Comply with C&W Uniform Dress Code and maintain a neat appearance.
  • Perform other related duties as required or requested.

Requirements

  • Requires 5 to 7 years of experience.
  • Specialized knowledge/skills with experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial setting.

  • $44.95 - $52.88
