About the Role
The Marketing Manager supports the commercial strategy by ensuring the brand reaches target markets through product governance, lead generation, and integrated marketing communications. This role involves managing marketing budgets, planning resources, and collaborating with sales teams to drive growth across the geographical area.
Responsibilities
- Ensure provision of marketing deliverables in coordination with Regional and Group Marketing departments.
- Supervise product and service offerings, implementing innovations and tracking performance.
- Define and implement local and regional lead generation plans and projects.
- Manage internal and external marketing strategies, campaigns, and projects.
- Monitor and report on marketing activity, budget spend, and results.
- Maintain expertise over product libraries and manage product development, launches, and maintenance.
- Manage client interface releases, including testing, training, and operational launches.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and market segmentation.
- Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of internal and external communication materials.
- Manage digital communication channels, including websites and social media platforms.
- Execute lead generation events and ensure end-to-end lead management.
- Coordinate media relations and PR activities.
- Develop and roll out internal communication plans aligned with Group strategy.
- Conceptualize, implement, and manage internal and external events.
- Support HR and compliance initiatives and assist with organizational projects.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years in sales or marketing.
- Previous experience in a multicultural or international environment.
- Understanding of product mix and positioning strategies.
- Ability to master Trade Credit Insurance (TCI) policy wording.
- Strong editorial and writing skills.
- Experience with media relations.
- Proficiency with CMS tools and social media platforms.
- Understanding of project management methodologies.
- Ability to engage with sales teams and act as a product expert.
