About the Role
Armstrong Management Development Program (General Management) offers driven management graduates a gateway to a mission of engineering the future and safeguarding the planet. Through structured rotations, strategic exposure, and hands-on business experience, participants will build the foundation to become future business leaders within a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Gain cross-functional exposure across key business areas such as Strategy, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, Marketing, Organizational Capability.
- Work on real business challenges, contribute to strategic initiatives, and develop a strong understanding of how different functions come together to drive organizational success.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to support decision-making, drive performance, and enable business outcomes.
- Build core managerial skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, decision-making, and execution through structured learning and mentorship.
- Partner with global teams across regions and functions, gaining exposure to diverse markets and business models.
Requirements
- Work experience in areas such as business operations, consulting, strategy, product, marketing, finance, or org. capability.
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to structure ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop practical, business-oriented solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with data analysis tools, dashboards, or enterprise systems is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments, with the ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of accountability.
