About the Role

Seeking a Business Management Lecturer with an accounting, finance, or economics specialism to join the Business academic team. This role is ideal for an academically grounded practitioner who enjoys delivering applied, practice-led teaching and supporting students in developing financial literacy and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver accounting and finance-focused modules primarily at Levels 4 and 5 on the BA (Hons) Business Management programme.
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching using blended and experiential approaches.
  • Mark and assess Level 4–5 undergraduate modules.
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to students.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance.
  • Maintain subject expertise through research or professional practice.

Requirements

  • Degree and postgraduate qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum two years’ Higher Education teaching experience.
  • Strong assessment literacy and feedback practice.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prove the right to work in the UK.
