About the Role
NuFace Home Improvements is seeking energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors/Event Demonstrators for the Berlin, CT market and surrounding areas to join our growing team. This role involves interacting with event attendees, educating them about our products, and generating quality sales leads.
Responsibilities
- Attract visitors and represent the company at trade shows, fairs, expos, and events
- Promote products and provide basic product information to attendees
- Generate leads and schedule in-home consultation appointments
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout events
- Ensure booth cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
- Engage passers-by and encourage participation and interaction
- Explain key product features and benefits
- Collect contact information and secure entry forms
- Submit daily leads and event results to the Event Coordinator
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to scheduled events
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Availability to work weekends
- Customer service, retail sales, marketing, or promotional experience is a plus
